In habilitation Department paediatric neurologist consults children with development disorders referred to outpatient and inpatient department. Neurologist works independently and in a team with other specialists. She refers patients to other institutions for specialized consultations and treatment, participates in team discussions about children and in designing habilitation programs for them. She participates in discussions with parents and staff about initial findings during child‘s evaluation and proposed treatment plans and also about results of treatment.
. In Nursery department neurologist provides preventive and medical care as well as consultations. She examines every child and assesses their neurological status. Neurologist follows up children with development disorders or risk factors according to individualized plan.
